An ARLA member with nearly 20 years of industry experience, is the Head of Portfolio Management and a build to rent specialist. With deep expertise in single family housing and block and estate management, Dani drives strategies that protect and grow client assets, combining strong client relationships with high level portfolio oversight to deliver long term value and operational excellence.

With 30 years of experience across the housing sector, Jane has worked in roles ranging from homeless officer to sheltered housing scheme management and housing management for supported services. She is responsible for ensuring our estates are maintained to a high standard, collaborating with internal and external partners, and managing and monitoring budgets to support effective service delivery.

With 13 years of professional experience and a strong background in commercial and residential compliance built over the past 13 years, joining us in 2025. Sophie is responsible for managing portfolio budgets, overseeing block compliance, and coordinating property and CAPEX upgrades to ensure quality, safety, and long term asset performance.

With over 5 years of marketing experience and a master’s degree in digital marketing. Georgia oversees digital marketing, campaign planning, social media, and brand development, ensuring messaging is consistent across channels. Alongside this, Georgia works on improving the customer journey, resident communications, and experience led initiatives that support retention and satisfaction. Her role balances creative work with data driven decision making.

With 25 years at SDL and over 15 years’ experience in the property management and finance sector, Amy brings extensive expertise in financial oversight and operational compliance. She is highly skilled in creating, monitoring, and maintaining budgets, forecasting future financial requirements, and identifying potential risks to ensure long-term business stability. Amy’s role also involves ensuring full compliance across certifications, financial reconciliations, and regulatory requirements, as well as managing supplier and client payments efficiently and accurately to maintain strong professional relationships and smooth day-to-day operations.

With 20 years’ experience in the property industry, mainly in the rental sector, Emma now leads the Leasing and Property Management function. She oversees the day-to-day management of our portfolio, ensuring compliance with service standards, from tenancy agreements to reactive and planned maintenance. She also monitors and reports KPIs and supports Team Leaders with escalated issues to maintain a high-quality service.
